Overview of ESG Initiatives
MESSAGE FROM THE VICE CHANCELLOR, INTI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is a vital part of INTI International University’s purpose in contributing to the sustainability of our communities. As an institution, we have a responsibility to act and commit through our education and research, and as an organization to prudently conduct ourselves in ways consistent with what we learn and benchmark against.
The University has made some progress on energy conservation efforts on campuses through our ESG commitments since 2020. The University has shown its commitment to the cause as a signatory to the race for Net Zero Emissions initiative with The QS and with plans to achieve Net Zero by 2035 through the efforts and commitments by the staff and students. Through our research and education, by the scale of our operations, and by engaging with partners and community, the University can profess ESG concerns with tact and care.
