INVALT - Intervarsity Leadership Training Workshop (InVaLT) 2023: Employability: Global Market Revolution for End Game Generation

InVaLT 2023 which was held on the 26 to 28 of May 2023, is a groundbreaking training platform initiated by HEYA Malaysia, designed with the theme "Employability: Global Market Revolution for End Game Generation." This ambitious project aims to discover and nurture leadership potential within today's youth, providing them with essential skills, knowledge, and tools to gain a competitive edge as they step into the workforce.

At the heart of any progressive society lies its leaders. These individuals are instrumental in driving organizations and people forward, consistently raising the bar, surpassing expectations, and performing beyond their own capabilities. To prepare young leaders for this role, InVaLT 2023 has gathered a team of 30 passionate individuals from both private and public universities and colleges in Malaysia to spearhead the initiative.

The workshop was opened to at least 250 young leaders, representing diverse backgrounds, including student council representatives and organization leaders from all higher institutions in Malaysia, as well as international students from universities abroad. INTI International University is proud that our students’ leader, INTIMA, was given the opportunity by HEYA to participate and be part of the committee of the InVALT 2023.

On March 20, 2023, at 10 a.m., a USR project was carried out at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tekir. There are no proper bookshelves in the classroom for the students to read in their spare time.
